How do I place an order?

Can I order a pen case or Sleeve by itself?

No, you must order a pen first to be able to include a pen case.

 

Can I order two of the same pens?

Yes, but no two pens are identical and a special e-mail request must be sent to place the order.

What is the funny little cap on the tip of the pen mechanisms refill?

The little hard wax tip must be removed before using the pen and is there to protect the pen tip. The writing point is a tiny ball, usually 0.5 or 0.7 mm in diameter, that transfers the ink from the reservoir onto the paper as the pen moves.
